Good News:

Ally lost a rotten tooth and her breath has been downgraded from "incredibly horrific and smelly" to "pretty darn bad"

BeeBee now calls me by name, going on three weeks now!

Bad News:

A lovely family friend just passed suddenly from a brain anurism. I have full confidence he's having a great time with the Lord.

Papa has had medical setbacks and is now staying at a rehab facility for *hopefully* a few weeks or months.

My first try with Picnik

This is the first picture I took with my iPhone last year.

I just took it out and snapped a quick pic of my favorite subject.

A few weeks ago I found what I guess is an App for the internet.  Having to type that sentence makes me feel old.  Facebook? I've had that since I was at GSC and you HAD to be a student to have a facebook account.  MySpace?  I had one and I didn't like it.  Twitter?  I have one now and I follow SteveMartinToGo.

I digress.

I uploaded this picture and pushed a few buttons, pulled a few levers.  Literally.

I ended up creating a picnik account because all they wanted was your e-mail and zip code.  It allows you to save and upload more than one photo at a time.  

Winter Wonderland

This is my last attempt at sledding for the day.  I'm not sure about posting videos and whatnot, but it looked fairly simple...so if it looks stupid - sorry!

No work for me Monday or Tuesday, but Chris had to go in for a while on Tuesday.  He has just arrived home. Looks like we'll be sledding some more before the week is out!

ps, this is just kind of a test blog for the video.  i have a lot of videos that i want to share!

One of the items on my bucket list is to have a Christmas card featuring my puppies...with my hubby reading 'Twas The Night Before Christmas to them in front of the tree.

Apparently, it's going to be an ongoing goal for the next umpteen years.  

This year I VICTORIOUSLY achieved the following:

• All three dressed in "matchy" sweaters
• All three looking at "mostly" the same thing
• All three "in" the same chair, "close" together
• They are indeed in front of "a" decorated tree :)

 After getting 9 shots, a small war broke out because the sweaters were itchy and patience was already very thin.  But for this brief moment in time, our sweet puppies put their hatred of sweaters, each other, and pictures aside because my husband was dangling chicken over the camera...and my head.

**no puppies were hurt in the war, as it was mostly running and skidding**
